What to include
Identify the catalog entry, explain the error, and provide an official source URL where possible. Use the contact method once the owner has added a monitored address to the contact page.
How corrections are handled
Material factual changes should update the catalog, verification date, quality report, and any affected editorial copy. Invalid records should be marked inactive rather than silently deleted once the expanded data model is implemented.
